Are these prices final?
No. Dockly One has not launched commercially yet, so the prices on this page are indicative and may change before general availability. We will confirm final pricing with anyone who has signed up before it takes effect.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan costs nothing, needs no credit card, and does not expire. It covers one user on any one module, with fair-use limits on the AI assistant. Dockly agents such as Resume are free separately and are not part of these plans.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
That is the intended path. Start on a single module, and move to Dockly One when you want the rest of the suite and cross-module reporting. Records you have already entered carry across, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing to re-type.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and work out about 20% cheaper than paying monthly. The prices shown on the yearly tab are the effective monthly cost.
Can I pay in INR or USD?
Both. Dockly is built in India and prices in rupees, and we also price in US dollars for teams outside India. Taxes, including GST where it applies, are added at checkout.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. You can export your business data at any time while your account is open, and for a period after you close it. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for the exact retention periods.
How is Dockly Experts charged?
Each Dockly Experts job is quoted up front. You see the scope and the price before you approve anything, and nothing starts until you do. Dockly One includes a monthly credit towards that work.
Do you offer anything for larger teams?
Yes — talk to us. If you need volume pricing, a security review, a data processing agreement or help migrating from existing tools, get in touch and we will work it out with you.
